At Talentify, we understand the importance of detailed insights for effective recruitment strategies. A scorecard is a powerful tool that offers an in-depth evaluation of job postings, including key aspects such as salary ranges, sign-on bonuses, job competition, and distribution across job boards. By integrating data from multiple sources, the scorecard provides a comprehensive view of the job market, enabling clients to make informed decisions.
To generate a new scorecard, follow these steps:
1. Access the Scorecard Menu:
After logging in to the platform, you should see the "Scorecard" option in the menu.
2. Generate a New Scorecard:
Click on "Generate a new Scorecard"
- We offer two types of scorecards: Basic and Complete. Upon registering, you can generate three free scorecards (regardless of type). If you need more, simply contact us at support@talentify.io.
- Basic: All new clients who register on the platform will have access to the "Basic" scorecard. This version provides general market information based on broad industry trends.
- Complete: It’s available when the client has an ATS connected and active Indeed and social media campaigns. This allows us to link directly with the specific job, providing additional sections with information relevant to the position. This version also includes personalized suggestions, budget recommendations, and actionable insights tailored to the specific job. To upgrade to the Complete scorecard, you must contact support and request the change.
When you enter the Scorecard section, you will see a list of previously generated scorecards. Each scorecard will display the job title, location, creation date, and status. The possible statuses are:
- Requested: The scorecard has been requested, but processing has yet to start.
- Extracting: The system is currently extracting data.
- Failed: An error occurred during processing.
- Succeeded: The scorecard has been successfully generated.
- Archived: The scorecard has been archived and no longer can be visualized.
3. Enter Job Details:
- Fill in the Simplified Job Title and remove any information not related to the core job title. For example, if your job is titled "Registered Nurse PLN $5k bonus," you should fill in as "Registered Nurse."
- Enter the State (using two characters or the full name).
- Enter the City name.
- Select the Salary Type (year, week, or hour).
- Add the Min and Max Salary.
- You may also add a sign-on bonus if applicable.
4. Processing and Reprocessing:
- After filling in the details, the system will begin the extraction process. This may take some time as it searches various data sources.
5. Handling Extraction Failures:
- If the extraction fails, you can reprocess the scorecard. Failed extractions do not count against your extraction limit.
